Our Story

We are 2nd generation owners of Big Country.  Carl Lightfield took over December of 1987.  Philip and Hollee Terry purchased Big Country from her father in 2018.  After growing up in the meat business and working with her dad, Philip and Hollee want to continue the tradition that Carl and Marilyn started;  honest work, honest trade and quality meat products with Big Country Meat Market.

Our Products and Services

We proudly offer premium quality cuts of beef (including Certified Angus), pork, lamb, chicken and we will always cut to your specifications.  Our ground beef is FRESH daily.   We cure and smoke our own hams, bacon, and links.  As a state inspected and AWA certified processing facility, we offer slaughtering and custom processing.
